Easy Buffalo Chicken Pizza

My husband and I are opposite in pretty much every way possible, which is kind of awesome because we make each other do and try things we never would have if we weren’t together, and they’re things we usually end up loving. Buffalo Chicken is one of those things I never would have tried if he hadn’t convinced me to– and now I really like it. Last night I decided to make buffalo chicken pizza–just because anything on a pizza is automatically better! Honestly, I thought nothing could beat my Chicken Tikka Masala Pizza, but my husband loved this buffalo chicken pizza even more than that; which is definitely saying something! This recipe couldn’t get any easier, and it’s SO awesome! So if you love buffalo chicken like we do, you have got to try this!!

Ingredients:
2 Chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
5-6 Tbsp Franks red hot wing sauce or hot sauce
3/4 cup canned tomato sauce
1-2 cups mozzarella cheese
1 pizza crust

Directions:
Preheat the oven (with a pizza stone if you have one) to 450degF. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium high heat. Add the chicken, season well with salt and pepper, then cook 3-4 minutes on either side until no longer pink in the center. Add the butter, worcestershire sauce, hot wing sauce, tomato sauce and a little more salt and pepper to the chicken. Bring to a boil, then turn the heat down and let simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, to thicken.

Spread the Chicken and sauce on the pizza base. 

Top with mozzarella cheese to cover.
 Bake for 8-10 minutes, or according to pizza base instructions. Garnish with sliced green onion (Spring onion) if desired.

I wish it wasn’t dark at 6pm so I could take better photos to do this dish justice! I also forgot to buy green onions at the store, but I think they would be an awesome addition to this dish! Aside from that, it’s pretty perfect! So enjoy guys!
