Pesto Shrimp Pizza with Avocado

Every now and then when life gets a little hectic, {or even when it’s not, but i’m just feeling a little lazy} I absolutely live for quick-fix “go-to” recipes like this one! This pesto, shrimp pizza not only tastes amazing, and looks beautiful–like you have been slaving in the kitchen for hours on end, but it also only takes a small handful of ingredients to make and a grand total of 20 minutes to whip up! Why aren’t ALL of my recipes like this one again?!

1 small pizza base
medium-sized precooked shrimp (about 15 per small pizza)
1 avocado
1-2 Tbsp pesto
Mozarella Cheese

Preheat the oven (and pizza stone if you have one) to 450degF (or according to pizza base directions).
Spread 1-2 Tbsp pesto on the pizza base. Top with the pre-cooked shrimp Sprinkle on a handful of mozzarella cheese, then bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes, until the edges of the pizza start to brown, and all the cheese has melted. Top with slices of avocado (optional).

Hope you love this recipe as much as I do! With all that pesto, melted cheesy goodness, and tender shrimp how could you not?! And you HAVE to love how quick and easy it is to make too!!
